The management of CABOMAR CONGELADOS, S.A.U. is aware of the need for continuous improvement to meet customer demands and stand out from competitors. Therefore, it has decisively adopted a permanent strategy of Quality Improvement, aiming to ensure the profitability of the company and an expansion of market shares, as well as a commitment to sustainability, making our company a safe, environmentally respectful, and committed to equal opportunities between women and men.
For this reason, we will use an Integrated Management System for the activities of processing and transforming refrigerated, fresh, pre-cooked products and the refrigerated or frozen storage of seafood products, based on four strategic pillars: the CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT of the effectiveness of the management system, the commitment to achieving CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, performing WORK UNDER SAFE CONDITIONS, and under CONDITIONS OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES.

- Encouraging the consultation and active participation of workers and their representatives, collaborators, and other interested parties, essential for the continuous improvement of the management system.
- Continuously improving the training of all personnel with the goal of enhancing our product processing, reducing customer claims/returns and accidents.
- Maintaining permanent contacts with customers to collaborate together on improving the quality and safety of processes.
- Promoting compliance with commitments on environmental matters and worker safety and health, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and other voluntarily subscribed requirements.
- Promoting a sustainable fishing policy aimed at setting the main guidelines for the purchase of raw materials prioritizing those from Responsible Fishing and Aquaculture activities. This policy supports our commitment to sustainable development goals to achieve greater fishery sustainability and lesser social and environmental impact in purchasing decisions and analyzing improvement opportunities that allow promoting actions aimed at combating IUU fishing and human rights abuse.
