CABOMAR, in collaboration with the Automotive Technology Center of Galicia – CTAG, strengthens its commitment to digitalization for the optimization of its production process.
The PREMAR project “Monitoring, Analytics and Predictive Maintenance of Machinery in CABOMAR” belongs to the European EFPF project and aims to obtain an improvement in efficiency in the fish processing industry through the collection and monitoring of data. This information will improve the production capacity of the CABOMAR central plant, allowing it to predict possible errors in the functionality of its machines and obtain greater performance.
In the seafood industry, humidity and water have a direct impact on production, which causes high rates of unexpected failures. To achieve the project, PREMAR will integrate 3 EFPF tools in the CABOMAR manufacturing process that will allow the collection of data, its analysis and predictive maintenance of the activity.
CABOMAR continues with its commitment to improve its processes to achieve the best results at the productive and quality level.
