The Ethics/Complaints Channel of CABOMAR CONGELADOS, S.A.U. (hereinafter, CABOMAR) s a means to report irregular behaviors, administrative infractions, crimes, or regulatory non-compliances that affect CABOMAR CONGELADOS, included within the scope of application of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infractions and fight against corruption, as well as the violation of internal policies established in the entity.
With the establishment of this channel, CABOMAR commits to the principles of legality and transparency. Therefore, any communication related to financial, accounting, commercial, securities, or compliance malpractices that may affect CABOMAR CONGELADOS, S.A.U., will lead to an investigation to clarify the facts and, if necessary, correct the situation.

Purpose: To manage the reported complaint, maintaining confidentiality at all times, protecting the identity of the complainants and the accused, and informing only those strictly necessary.
